Amazon Japan is looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead some of our largest inventory programs. The scope of this role includes being the single-threaded leader for owning big free-cash flow program goals, and leading the end-to-end management of well-established inventory recovery and after-market programs, as well as new and emerging vendor supply chain solutions. We’re looking for a talented leader to help us invent, simplify, out/in-source, and drive automation to continue growing the business units, while realizing significant productivity gains.

Key job responsibilities
About the role
- Lead multiple programs, including owning delivery of the roadmap, goal settings, RACI and stakeholder influencing.
- Own invention projects to drive simplification and productivity
- Own system operations, including downstream inventory recovery management
- Partner with teams in Japan Operation, sourcing and inbound teams, as well as retail managers
- Contribute to annual and 3Y planning
- Opportunities to lead learning and sharing sessions, and other people and culture projects
This is an individual contributor role, with no direct reports.

- Own and deliver key program goals for 2025/ 3YF
- Drive productivity improvement in core programs
- Influence org collaborations across global functions, and define key mechanisms for productivity
