Pennylane is seeking a Senior Data Analyst - Acquisition to impact the daily lives of entrepreneurs in France. You'll leverage SQL and Google Analytics to drive user acquisition strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in data visualization.
You have 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, particularly in acquisition strategies — you've successfully analyzed user data to drive growth and improve engagement. You are proficient in SQL and have a solid understanding of Google Analytics, allowing you to extract insights from complex datasets. Your experience with data visualization tools enables you to present findings in a clear and impactful manner, making data accessible to stakeholders. You are fluent in English, and knowledge of French is a plus, as it helps in communicating with local teams and clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can share your insights and contribute to strategic discussions. You are proactive and enjoy taking ownership of your projects, ensuring that your analyses lead to actionable recommendations.
In this role, you will analyze user acquisition data to identify trends and opportunities for growth — your insights will directly influence marketing strategies and product development. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to design experiments that test new acquisition channels and optimize existing ones. You will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards that track key performance indicators, ensuring that the team has access to real-time data.
