HubSpot is hiring a Partner Sales Development Representative to identify and recruit high-value partners for their Solutions Partner Program. You'll utilize consultative selling skills and HubSpot's CRM tools to drive partner acquisition. This role requires strong communication skills and knowledge of the HubSpot software.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in partner management or business development — you understand the nuances of consultative selling and can effectively communicate the value of software solutions to potential partners. Your ability to build relationships and identify business needs is key to your success in this role. You are fluent in French and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with partners in the French market. You are comfortable using CRM tools and AI prospecting technologies to create a robust pipeline of potential partners. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals and drive growth.

Desirable

Experience in the SaaS industry or familiarity with marketing methodologies would be a plus — you understand how software can enhance business operations and improve client acquisition and retention rates. A proactive approach to sourcing leads and a passion for helping businesses grow will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential partners for HubSpot's Solutions Partner Program — you will leverage your consultative selling skills to engage with warm inbound leads while also proactively building your own pipeline. You will dissect potential partners' business goals and pain points, guiding them through the process of understanding how HubSpot's software can enhance their operations. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Acquisition & Growth and regional sales leads to support the acquisition process, ensuring that you align with the company's strategic objectives. Your expertise in presenting the loop marketing methodology will be crucial as you help partners understand how to improve their client acquisition and retention rates. You will utilize HubSpot’s CRM and AI tools to manage your pipeline effectively and track your progress towards acquisition goals.
