Overview

Airbnb is seeking an Acquisition Lead for their Experiences team to drive the onboarding of unique activities and partnerships in Mexico City. This role focuses on generating leads and pitching Airbnb's value proposition to grow the Experiences business.

You have a strong background in sales or business development, with experience in acquiring and onboarding partners or clients. You understand the importance of building relationships and can effectively communicate value propositions to diverse stakeholders. You are passionate about creating authentic experiences and have a keen interest in the travel and hospitality industry. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced environment, always looking for innovative ways to engage potential partners.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pitching exciting activities and experiences to potential hosts in Mexico City. You will work closely with the Acquisition Team to generate leads and manage the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new partners. You will collaborate with local businesses, brands, and content creators to introduce unique experiences to Airbnb's platform. Your efforts will contribute to the growth of Airbnb's Experiences business, fostering human connections and enhancing the guest experience. You will also analyze market trends and feedback to refine your approach and improve acquisition strategies.
