Overview

Bugcrowd is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the technical onboarding and implementation of security programs for customers. This role requires strong collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure successful program launches.

Who you are

You have a strong background in technical delivery management, ideally with experience in security or technology services. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to lead projects and manage customer expectations is key to your success in this role. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, ensuring that all aspects of the technical onboarding process are executed smoothly. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are committed to delivering high-quality service. You are adaptable and can quickly adjust to changing priorities and customer needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the technical onboarding and implementation of Bugcrowd's security programs, including Bug Bounty, Vulnerability Disclosure, and Pentest programs. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them configure and operationalize their security initiatives. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with internal teams to ensure that all technical requirements are met and that customers are fully supported throughout the onboarding process. You will also monitor the progress of program launches and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and program success. You will engage with customers to understand their unique security needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the onboarding process by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
