Samsara is seeking a Core Enterprise Account Executive to help enterprise-sized customers digitize workflows and unlock data insights. This role involves managing complex sales processes and requires strong negotiation skills.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and built strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions is a key strength. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable using technology to manage your sales pipeline effectively.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of innovative solutions to diverse audiences. Your experience in industries such as agriculture, construction, or transportation is a plus, as it gives you insight into the challenges faced by our customers. You are results-driven and motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact on your clients' operations.
Experience with IoT technologies or digital transformation initiatives will set you apart. Familiarity with sales methodologies and tools that enhance customer engagement is also beneficial. You are adaptable and open to learning, eager to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market.
As a Core Account Executive at Samsara, you will engage with our largest and most strategic enterprise customers, helping them consolidate outdated technologies and digitize their workflows. You will lead the sales process from initial contact through to closing, managing trials and proof of concepts to demonstrate the value of our solutions. Your role will involve negotiating multi-faceted pricing agreements and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to our platform.
You will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of each customer and tailoring your approach to meet those needs effectively. This includes conducting thorough needs assessments and presenting customized solutions that leverage our Connected Operations™ Cloud. You will also work closely with our product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
Your success will be measured by your ability to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will be expected to maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools to track progress and forecast sales accurately. Regularly updating management on your sales activities and outcomes will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
