Vacasa is hiring a Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple vacation rental properties. You'll perform general repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer service.
You have a strong background in maintenance operations, ideally with experience in managing teams and overseeing daily tasks. You enjoy variety in your work and take pride in keeping properties in top condition. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to troubleshoot issues effectively, whether they involve appliances, HVAC, plumbing, or wifi. You understand the importance of customer service and strive to ensure that both guests and homeowners have exceptional experiences. You are comfortable coordinating with third-party vendors and participating in on-call coverage for urgent issues. You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age, with a clean driving record if required to drive a company vehicle.
As a Maintenance Lead, you will support the management team in overseeing daily maintenance operations across multiple vacation rental properties. Your responsibilities will include performing general repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure that all properties meet company standards. You will be traveling between properties daily, which will require excellent time management and organizational skills. You will troubleshoot various issues, including appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, and wifi connectivity, ensuring that all problems are resolved promptly to maintain guest satisfaction. You will also coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks. Participating in on-call coverage for urgent issues will be part of your role, requiring you to be responsive and available when needed. Your leadership will help maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Vacasa offers a competitive hourly wage of $21, with actual pay varying based on your skills, experience, education, and location.
