Commercial Legal Counsel

Who you are

You possess a deep knowledge of the legal field and a passion for innovation — you enjoy tackling new challenges in a fast-paced and exciting environment. As a member of the WW Commercial and International Legal Group, you will work with Apple’s sales organization to help deliver and introduce Apple products across the world. You have experience collaborating with other legal groups and cross-functional business and engineering teams to support and strategize on product distribution and service strategies around the globe. Your expertise allows you to draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements while advising Apple management on risk issues and closing deals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will join a team of attorneys supporting Apple’s sales organizations and related cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for upholding Apple’s high ethical and corporate standards while creatively applying your legal expertise to cutting-edge aspects of the law. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure compliance and effective communication regarding legal matters. Your role will involve advising on the legal implications of business strategies and helping to navigate complex regulatory environments. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing legal policies and procedures that align with Apple’s business objectives.
