iHerb is seeking a Supplier Enablement Specialist to manage supplier onboarding and compliance within the SAP Ariba network. This role requires strong collaboration skills and attention to detail, focusing on ensuring suppliers are fully operational and compliant.
You are a detail-oriented professional with experience in supplier onboarding and enablement processes. You understand the importance of compliance and have a proactive approach to managing supplier relationships. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively liaise between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders, including Procurement, IT, Legal, and Finance, to resolve issues and provide updates. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to advancing the mission of making health and wellness accessible worldwide.
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for suppliers, ensuring they are properly registered and compliant within the Ariba network. You will collect and track data related to vendor responses and required documentation throughout the onboarding lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include validating supplier completion of compliance questionnaires and participating in internal and external audit requests. You will serve as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal teams, coordinating meetings and resolving issues as they arise. Additionally, you will develop and maintain training materials and conduct onboarding sessions to guide both internal teams and suppliers through the process.
