InterSystems is seeking a Benefits and Compensation Manager to oversee the administration and compliance of the company's benefits and compensation programs. This role requires strong collaboration with HR and management to ensure competitive offerings and compliance with regulations.

Who you are

You have over 10 years of experience in benefits and compensation management, demonstrating a deep understanding of compliance and operational excellence in this field. Your expertise includes developing competitive compensation plans and ensuring adherence to government regulations such as FLSA and ERISA. You excel in building strong partnerships with brokers and advisors to enhance benefit offerings and maintain market competitiveness.

You are skilled in data analysis, allowing you to identify trends and areas for improvement within compensation and benefits programs. Your collaborative approach enables you to work effectively with employees, managers, and executives, ensuring that all plans align with the company culture and support employee needs. You are proactive in addressing compliance issues and have a thorough understanding of leave of absence regulations.

Desirable

Experience with global HR practices and familiarity with various compensation benchmarking tools would be advantageous. A background in HR analytics or a related field can further enhance your ability to contribute to the company's strategic goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will administer and develop the company's benefits and compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with all relevant regulations.
