As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will be responsible for presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. You will work in a hybrid sales environment, balancing your time between home office and in-field work. You will receive extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $54,000 with the potential for total on-target earnings around $102,000 in your first year, increasing to between $105,000 and $125,000 in your second year through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. You will also receive an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage.
