Overview

Carvana is seeking an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician to repair deep wheel damage and utilize state-of-the-art tools. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of professional experience in wheel/rim repair.

Who you are

You have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in wheel or rim repair, demonstrating your ability to handle deep wheel damage effectively. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary. Your attention to detail ensures that every repair meets high standards of quality, and you are comfortable using advanced tools and machinery in a high-tech environment.

Desirable

Experience with painting and clear-coating wheels is a plus, as it complements your wheel repair skills. Familiarity with automotive repair processes and a valid driver’s license are also beneficial for this role.

What you'll do

As an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage using specialized equipment and techniques. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, where you will utilize state-of-the-art tools to ensure that every wheel meets our quality standards. Your role will involve not only repairing wheels but also painting and applying clear coats to restore them to their original condition. You will collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure that vehicles are delivered to customers on time, contributing to our mission of providing an exceptional customer experience.

You will receive training programs designed to enhance your skills and support your career growth within the company.
