IT Infrastructure Operations

Are you passionate about building and improving complex IT infrastructure? We’re looking for an experienced infrastructure administrator with knowledge of complex environments to build, maintain, and improve our global IT environment. The right candidate should be a natural problem solver with experience in various SAAS platforms, cloud environments, and infrastructures such as AI, automation, and networking. The candidate will work closely with all AppsFlyer teams, especially Security, Service Desk, and R&D, engaging in cross-department projects, complex problem-solving, and improvements.

The IS group at AppsFlyer is in charge of enabling the growth of the company. What you'll do:

• Infra Administration: Manage and maintain critical IT SAAS systems including Okta, Gsuite, Prisma Access, Kandji, Intune, and more.
• Network: knowledge in the network domain, ensuring reliable internet access and efficient integration of SaaS services.
• Project ownership: Lead and participate in infrastructure projects.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex IT issues, working closely with junior administrators to resolve problems and implement improvements.
• Mentorship: Mentor and support junior system administrators, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• AI and Automation: Work on integrating AI and automation solutions to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
• AWS and Cloud Services: Utilize cloud services and platforms such as AWS to manage and optimize infrastructure.

What you have:

• Experience: 3+ years in System/Infra Administration, with a focus on enterprise applications and systems.
• Strong expertise in managing core applications (Okta, GSuite, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
• Basic networking knowledge for diagnosing connectivity issues (e.g., VPN, DNS, basic firewall configurations).
• Familiarity with MDM solutions (Kandji, Intune) and managing endpoint security.
• Scripting & Automation: Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, iPaaS platforms) to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
• Experience working with public cloud environments (GCP and AWS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
