We are seeking an experienced business development/partnerships leader to build complex and strategic relationships to help grow the Amazon business in Australia and Singapore.
A bit about you: You are an excellent oral and written communicator, and you possess an analytical approach to business development, leveraging data to drive decisions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can achieve success in the face of ambiguity, while prioritising and managing multiple responsibilities. You are highly organised, and have the ability to work closely and constructively with multiple internal and external stakeholders. You're particularly adept at developing strong, one-to-one relationships with high-level executives.
This role will be primarily focused on leveraging the Amazon Associates affiliate program to build strategic commerce content partnerships.

Key job responsibilities
• Create and own a target pipeline for top AU and SG digital properties
• Effectively evangelise commerce content as a new revenue stream opportunity
• Pitch, onboard and scale new online properties
• Own quarterly revenue growth objectives for partners
• Drive special deal terms and negotiations with partners to optimise collaboration
• Drive adoption of products, including tools to implement effective integrations (links, APIs, etc.), reporting tools, product feeds, etc.
• Work closely with the technical, program and marketing teams as a liaison for external partners
• Partner with Retail leaders to support strategic Amazon businesses

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
