PostHog is seeking a DevEx Engineer to enhance developer workflows and improve product offerings. You'll work with Python, Django, and TypeScript in a fully remote environment.
You have experience working on developer experience (DevEx) or a strong desire to dive into this area. Your background includes proficiency in Python, ideally with Django, and TypeScript, allowing you to contribute effectively to the development of tools that enhance the workflow for developers.
In this role, you will focus on improving the developer experience at PostHog, working on projects such as the unified CLI for developer workflows and ensuring Django migration safety checks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points in the development process and implement solutions that streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
