Overview

Amazon is seeking an Executive Assistant to support Directors in the Alexa organization. You'll manage complex calendars, organize events, and coordinate travel while maintaining professionalism and discretion. This role requires strong organizational and administrative skills.

You are a highly organized and proactive individual with experience supporting senior executives. You excel in managing multiple complex calendars and have a knack for planning and organizing events of all sizes. Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion are key to your success in this role. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to effectively interact with various stakeholders. You thrive in a dynamic work environment and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism. Your creativity and judgment enable you to contribute positively to the team culture.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus, as is familiarity with tools for creating presentations and managing travel logistics. A background in technology or a related field may also be beneficial, as you will be working closely with the Alexa team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Directors within the Alexa organization. Your primary duties will include managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring that all logistical details are handled efficiently. Your ability to create PowerPoint presentations and other materials will be essential in conveying information effectively.
