Program Manager, Enterprise Data Governance Operations

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 2 years of experience with SAP in supply chain business processes. Your background includes functional experience in program or project management, and you are well-versed in data analytics and data governance. You have a strong understanding of product lifecycle management and are familiar with material master and bill of materials. Your experience extends to managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, showcasing your ability to collaborate effectively across various teams. You possess knowledge in SAP S4/Hana, SAP Enterprise data governance, and SAP master data governance capabilities, which equips you to handle complex data initiatives.

What you'll do

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Your role involves working closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You will be responsible for operational support for master data management and enterprise data governance initiatives, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate cross-functionally with other teams on a variety of data reviews, supporting existing tools and dashboards to integrate seamlessly with evolving processes and business needs. Your responsibilities will also include implementing tools and workflows that promote higher quality and lower lead times across operations teams. Additionally, you will support user acceptance testing for product lifecycle management (PLM) and SAP enhancements, working closely with the development team for issue resolution.
