You are an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in leading complex projects within the health and life sciences sector. With over 5 years of experience, you have a proven track record of delivering large-scale programs that enhance healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes. You possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Azure, and have successfully managed cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

Your expertise in program management methodologies allows you to navigate challenges effectively, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You are skilled in stakeholder management, adept at building relationships with both internal teams and external partners. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, enabling you to drive alignment and collaboration across diverse teams.

You thrive in environments that require innovative thinking and problem-solving. Your passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare outcomes drives you to stay updated on industry trends and advancements. Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the international delivery of GenAI capabilities within the Health and Life Sciences team at Microsoft.
