Workato is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction and engagement. You'll work closely with clients to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes using Workato's automation platform. This role requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in technology or SaaS environments. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You possess strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, allowing you to navigate complex customer challenges effectively.
