PandaDoc is hiring an Account Manager for Small Business to drive revenue growth and foster long-term partnerships with SMB clients. This role requires strong account management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the small to medium-sized business sector. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to drive revenue growth and foster long-term partnerships with clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and are committed to minimizing customer churn by delivering consistent value. Your ability to conduct regular account health reviews and communicate effectively with clients makes you a trusted advisor in their business journey.
Experience in high-velocity sales environments is a plus, as is familiarity with revenue generation strategies tailored for SMBs. You understand the unique challenges faced by small businesses and can tailor your approach to meet their needs effectively.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving significant revenue growth within your assigned SMB portfolio. You will consistently exceed monthly Net Dollar Retention (NDR) targets through strategic account management and proactive identification of expansion opportunities. Partnering closely with our Customer Success team, you will ensure exceptional customer adoption and address their needs proactively. You will conduct regular account health reviews, clearly communicating the value clients receive and outlining strategies for continued partnership and growth. Your deep understanding of clients' businesses will enable you to identify challenges and opportunities, fostering strong relationships that lead to mutual success.
