Elastic is seeking a Senior Strategic Business Development Director to support the Global Partner Sales team in driving strategy and execution. This role requires strong collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
You have a proven track record in strategic business development, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Your ability to think strategically and execute effectively has been demonstrated through your previous successes in driving organizational transformation. You possess strong executive presence and can navigate complex discussions with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
You excel in collaboration, working closely with leadership, business partners, and cross-functional teams such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Technology, Strategy, and Operations. Your interpersonal skills allow you to build trust and foster strong relationships, enabling you to act as a trusted advisor within the organization.
Your analytical mindset helps you assess and prioritize objectives, ensuring that the team remains focused on achieving its most important goals. You are comfortable with both strategic planning and tactical execution, allowing you to bridge the gap between high-level vision and day-to-day operations.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly in AI or cloud-based solutions, is a plus. Familiarity with partner ecosystems and the ability to drive collaborative initiatives will set you apart. A background in sales or marketing can also enhance your effectiveness in this role.
In this role, you will support the GVP of Global Partner Sales in shaping the strategy and vision for the GPS organization. You will play a key role in aligning the team's objectives with the overall goals of Elastic, ensuring that all efforts are directed towards achieving success.
