NEORIS is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project objectives and facilitate team collaboration. You'll manage project scope, resources, and communication with stakeholders. This role requires experience in project management and knowledge of financial services.
You have a degree in Systems Engineering or a related field, along with a certification in project management (PMP) and/or agile methodologies. With 3 to 5 years of proven experience in high-impact projects, you possess a strong understanding of project health indicators and are fluent in English. Your leadership and team management skills are complemented by your ability to resolve conflicts and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Experience in the financial sector is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello. You thrive in environments that require adaptability and are eager to propose and manage changes that enhance project outcomes.
As a Project Manager at NEORIS, you will be responsible for ensuring that project objectives are met by managing and coordinating with all stakeholders involved. You will facilitate the project team in defining the scope and means necessary to achieve project goals. Your role will involve administering costs, human resources, and project objectives while providing insights into solution analysis and design, particularly in the financial and banking sectors.
You will act as a key facilitator in change processes for our clients, helping to unblock any obstacles that may arise during project execution. Regular communication of progress and updates to stakeholders will be essential, ensuring everyone is informed about advancements and any potential delays.
