Your experience includes identifying and qualifying leads, and you understand the importance of building relationships with insurance brokers to drive sales. You are comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively, as this role involves a blend of remote work and travel for client meetings. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders. As a Sales Executive at Oscar, you will play a crucial role in driving membership growth for the business. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential leads, ensuring that insurance brokers across our coverage area have the information and tools they need to effectively understand and sell our product. You will conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts, reaching out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media. You will qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their potential fit with our products and services. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to drive sales efforts, identifying and qualifying distribution partners such as insurance brokers and agencies. Your role will also involve frequent travel for client meetings and occasional travel for team meetings and company events, ensuring that you maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Oscar offers a competitive base salary ranging from $69,600 to $91,350 per year, along with employee benefits and participation in our unlimited vacation program.
