Shift4 is seeking a Solution Specialist to drive merchant success using Point of Sale technology. You'll engage in outside sales, build relationships, and assist clients with various services. This role requires CRM experience and a background in restaurant hospitality is a plus.
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the realm of Point of Sale technology, and you understand how to leverage these systems to help merchants succeed. Your experience includes setting appointments and presenting products effectively, showcasing your ability to communicate value clearly. You thrive on building relationships with clients, listening to their needs, and resolving any outstanding issues they may have. Your professionalism and adherence to company policies enable you to grow market share effectively. You are comfortable with CRM systems and have a knack for identifying sales opportunities to up-sell additional products and services. If you have experience in the restaurant hospitality sector, that will be an added advantage in understanding client needs.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of Shift4's sales efforts, acting as an outside sales account executive. Your primary responsibility will be to set appointments with merchants to present Shift4's Point of Sale and merchant servicing products. You will prospect for new clients through various channels, including phone calls, face-to-face networking, and building referral partnerships. Your role will also involve assisting existing clients with additional services, including hardware, software, and professional services, ensuring they are fully supported in their use of Shift4 products. You will develop new accounts and target areas for growth, applying your sales skills to meet and exceed quotas. Your ability to listen and identify client needs will be crucial in building long-lasting relationships and driving sales success.
