DoorDash is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee operations at their DashMart in Harrisburg. You'll manage day-to-day activities, ensure quality fulfillment, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership and operational skills.
You have experience in fast-paced, physical environments and are excited to engage in day-to-day operations. As a Shift Lead, you take ownership of your assigned shifts, ensuring that warehouse and kitchen processes run smoothly while maintaining safety and cleanliness. You are accountable for inventory management and ensuring that company assets are properly handled and protected from loss or theft. You understand the importance of delivering high-quality customer service and are skilled at communicating effectively with customers to resolve any issues that may arise. You enjoy leading a team and guiding Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring productivity and safety.
In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, which may include preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. You will oversee the daily operations of the DashMart, ensuring that all processes are executed accurately and efficiently. You will maintain accountability for inventory and equipment, ensuring that everything is stored and handled correctly. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team to work safely and productively, and you will be expected to communicate effectively with both your team and customers. You will also play a key role in training new team members and ensuring that they understand the operational standards of the DashMart.
