Desirable

Experience in a people operations or HR role is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with core people processes such as performance management, employee engagement, and talent development will be beneficial. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to take ownership of projects will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Sales and Product Development teams across EMEA, working closely with the Senior Manager, People Business Partner. You will partner with leaders and managers to understand their business priorities and translate them into people solutions that strengthen engagement and performance. You will provide guidance on core people processes, using sound judgment and contextual insight to navigate complex situations. You will leverage data and feedback to identify trends and propose practical, people-first solutions. Additionally, you will own smaller people projects or components of larger programs, such as engagement action plans and onboarding improvements. Your role will involve supporting talent reviews and driving manager enablement initiatives in collaboration with Learning & Development.
