Google is seeking an Associate Sales Recruiter to join their Customer Solutions team in Dublin. You'll be responsible for guiding candidates through the hiring process and building relationships with stakeholders. This role requires 2 years of recruiting experience and fluency in English.
You have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, or account management. You possess 1 year of recruiting experience either at an agency or within an in-house recruiting team. Your ability to communicate fluently in English is essential, as this role involves interactions with local stakeholders. You are adept at building productive relationships and have a strong work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail. You are also comfortable taking initiative and working collaboratively in a team environment.
Fluency in Polish, Dutch, or German is preferred to support client relationship management in the region. Experience in full cycle recruiting within an agency or corporate setting is a plus, as is a background in closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages. You have a knack for solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding candidates through the hiring process, ensuring they have a positive experience while connecting them to the opportunities at Google. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and help map job postings to open headcount. Your insights will influence hiring strategies and priorities, and you will assist clients with requisition prioritization and headcount reconciliation. You will also develop and execute targeted recruiting initiatives to meet established goals and objectives, while influencing hiring managers on their hiring strategies.
