Verkada is seeking an Enterprise Development Manager to lead a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives. You'll drive new business pipeline goals and collaborate with various teams to optimize efficiency. This role requires 5+ years of sales experience and 3+ years of leadership experience.
You have over 5 years of sales experience, ideally in a fast-growing technology company, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. Your leadership experience spans at least 3 years, where you've successfully managed pipeline generation and closing organizations. You are excited about attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining world-class talent, and you feel a deep sense of ownership over your team's success.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing, sales operations, and product marketing teams to achieve pipeline goals. Your analytical skills allow you to assess top-of-the-funnel metrics and pipeline quality effectively, ensuring that your team meets its revenue targets. You are passionate about coaching and developing Sales Development Representatives into world-class Account Executives, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
Experience in cloud physical security or related fields would be a plus, as would familiarity with AI-powered platforms. You understand the importance of integrating technology into sales processes and are eager to leverage innovative solutions to drive results.
