What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the legal execution for Anthropic's compute strategy, focusing on colocation agreements and network connectivity. You will negotiate agreements for distributed capacity across multiple facilities, ensuring that initiatives requiring rapid deployment are supported. You will structure neocloud capacity arrangements with emerging providers, navigating novel commercial structures that include capacity reservations and utilization commitments. Additionally, you will manage network and interconnection agreements, including fiber and transit contracts, while also negotiating large load electric power contracts where applicable. You will work closely with transaction managers to secure capacity through third-party facilities and emerging providers, complementing existing hyperscaler relationships. Your role will involve overseeing outside counsel teams on high-volume transactions, ensuring that specialized expertise is leveraged effectively. You will contribute to the development of legal strategies that align with Anthropic's mission and support its growth in the AI sector.
