You have a strong background in account management, with a proven track record of managing and growing client portfolios. Your client-facing skills are exceptional, allowing you to build strong relationships through regular communication and strategic guidance. You possess a deep understanding of project management, which enables you to oversee ad campaign setups and optimizations effectively. You are results-driven, consistently pursuing meaningful outcomes and exceeding goals to push the business forward. You stay current on AdTech trends and best practices, ensuring you deliver high-quality, impactful solutions to clients.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Account Manager at Baidu, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SMB and corporate clients. You will build strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support, ensuring client satisfaction and incremental revenue growth. You will generate and present campaign performance insights and strategic recommendations during client calls, using storytelling to convey your points effectively. You will oversee ad campaign setups within the MediaGo DSP, ensuring optimal execution and performance. Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, contributing to the overall success of the team and your clients.
