Overview

Okta is seeking a Senior Director of Employee Relations & Compliance to lead their global ER&C function. You'll be responsible for scaling operations and enhancing workplace culture. This role requires extensive experience in employee relations and compliance.

You are adept at building and mentoring teams, driving data-informed improvements, and ensuring equitable practices across the organization.
