What you'll do

As a Senior Content Designer at OKX, you will craft clear and concise content for various digital products, including UI text, microcopy, and error messages. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product teams to ensure that the content aligns with user needs and enhances the overall user experience. You will participate in user research to gather insights that inform your content strategy and help identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will work with localization teams to ensure that content is culturally relevant and accessible to users in different regions.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a consistent voice and tone across all digital touchpoints, ensuring that the content reflects OKX's brand values and resonates with users. Your expertise will guide the development of content guidelines and best practices that support the team's efforts in delivering high-quality user experiences.
