What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager for Agentic Coding, you will lead the initiative to make Temporal the best-supported technology for AI-assisted development. Your responsibilities will include defining how LLM-based coding assistants understand and generate Temporal code, which will directly impact developer onboarding and productivity. You will build benchmark suites to measure LLM performance on Temporal tasks, ensuring that the tools provided are effective and user-friendly. Collaborating closely with engineering, you will create context files and skills that improve AI coding accuracy, making it easier for developers to learn and utilize Temporal through various AI assistants.

You will also be responsible for tracking success metrics for AI-assisted Temporal development, ensuring that the tools and resources provided meet the needs of developers. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features, ensuring that the development process is streamlined and efficient.
