What you'll do

As a Global Mobility Specialist at Roblox, you will own and manage the day-to-day employee relocations from initiation to completion. You will serve as the primary internal point of contact for employees, managers, and People partners, ensuring that all parties are informed and supported throughout the relocation process. Your role will involve providing expert guidance on relocation policies, processes, and expectations, ensuring compliance while maintaining a focus on employee experience.

You will partner closely with the Relocation Management Company (RMC) to coordinate the various components of relocation services. This includes overseeing household goods shipments, arranging temporary housing, and facilitating destination services. You will also work with immigration and tax vendors to ensure that all aspects of the relocation are compliant and efficient.

Monitoring vendor service delivery will be a key responsibility, as you will need to ensure that all services meet the high standards expected by Roblox and its employees. You will be proactive in identifying any issues that arise during the relocation process and will work to resolve them swiftly and effectively.

Your role will also involve analyzing relocation data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will contribute to the development of best practices and policies that enhance the overall relocation experience for employees. Collaboration with other teams within the People Operations department will be essential as you work to align relocation strategies with broader organizational goals.
