Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with the software development life cycle and managing engineering programs.
- Experience working with consumer facing products.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in ads platforms or ad tech.
- Experience with Google Ads, Display or UX.
- Experience with release management lifecycles and project milestones.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications.
- Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources), short and long-term objectives.
- Determine and collect data required to govern programs and effectively drive stakeholder decision-making.
- Anticipate change management requirements that are required by program stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of executive cross-functional leads and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
