Experience in the delivery or logistics industry is a plus, as is familiarity with marketplace dynamics and performance metrics. In this role, you will lead product rollouts by coordinating scoping, testing, launch support, and impact evaluation for marketplace features. You will own marketplace performance and reliability by monitoring key KPIs related to supply health, reliability, and timeliness. Your role will involve driving operational impact by translating operational challenges into structured product requests, supported by data and analysis. You will support regional product planning by providing data-driven recommendations to Product, Operations, and regional partners to ensure prioritization and alignment.
You will communicate and align stakeholders by sharing product updates, timelines, and insights with cross-functional teams in a clear and engaging way. Additionally, you will lead analytical deep dives to identify root causes of marketplace issues and present compelling, data-backed insights to drive alignment and decisions.
