What you'll do

As a Business Control Officer at Nubank, you will support the various Business Units in achieving their objectives by managing risks proactively. You will work closely with teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring that the organization maintains a strong risk posture. You will contribute to the development of the Business Control Officer structure, bringing your ideas to the table and helping to create a best-in-class risk management framework. You will engage in regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on risk management strategies and practices. Additionally, you will participate in training and awareness programs to promote a culture of risk management across the organization. Your role will involve analyzing risk data and trends to provide insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning.
