Nextech is seeking a Director of Enterprise Client Success to lead their Client Success team. You'll drive customer engagement, retention, and growth in the healthcare technology sector. This role requires strong leadership and strategic vision.

You are an experienced Client Success leader with a proven track record in managing customer-facing teams. With a strategic vision, you bring innovative approaches to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. You understand the importance of driving customer goals and product utilization, ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and empowers your team to excel in their roles. You are committed to compliance with relevant regulations, including HIPAA and ERISA, ensuring that all activities align with industry standards.

You have a background in healthcare technology, which allows you to connect with clients on a deeper level. Your experience in managing enterprise-level accounts equips you with the skills necessary to navigate complex client relationships. You are adept at identifying opportunities for business transformation and revenue expansion, leveraging your insights to guide your team in delivering exceptional service. You are passionate about customer success and understand that it is a critical component of business growth.

Desirable

What you'll do

As the Director of Enterprise Client Success, you will lead the Client Success team, focusing on strategic initiatives that drive customer engagement and retention. You will work closely with the VP of Customer Experience to align your team's goals with the overall business objectives. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies that enhance product utilization and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience as they integrate Nextech's solutions into their operations. Your leadership will guide your team in proactively addressing client needs and concerns, fostering strong relationships that promote loyalty and long-term partnerships.

In addition to managing your team, you will analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client insights are incorporated into product development and enhancements. Your ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders will be crucial in driving successful outcomes.
