Compensation Partner

Who you are

You are an experienced Compensation professional with a strong background in compensation analysis, design, and consulting. You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and possess deep experience working with short- and long-term incentive programs, particularly Sales Incentive Programs and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). You are goal-oriented and can prioritize effectively in a global, matrixed work environment. Your expertise with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel allows you to analyze data efficiently, and you understand modern HR solutions, preferably Workday.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the dedicated Compensation partner to our Commercial organizations. You will provide ongoing advisory and consultation to Leaders, People Partners, and TA partners on compensation-related questions. Partnering with all commercial teams, you will support the design of effective and scalable sales incentive programs. You will perform research on emerging trends, issues, and best practices in commercial compensation and incentives, using analytics to enhance programs. Your role will also involve providing analytical insights and recommendations on compensation trends and data, identifying best practices, risks, and opportunities. You will support compensation data needs and analytical support for special projects, and work on the design and management of short-term incentive programs. As a key partner, you will contribute to our journey to become a truly innovative Rewards team.
