DataCamp is hiring a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive for their Professional Services team to drive high-value transformational programs. You'll engage with senior executives to diagnose skill gaps and co-design learning solutions. This role requires a consultative sales approach and experience in enterprise sales.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in professional services or educational technology. Your consultative selling approach allows you to engage effectively with senior executives, understanding their unique challenges and skill gaps. You are adept at shaping tailored learning solutions that meet the specific needs of organizations, ensuring that you can co-design impactful upskilling programs. You embody DataCamp's core values of data-driven decision-making, action, transparency, and ownership, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can contribute to a mission-driven company.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Your ability to build relationships and trust with clients is paramount, as you will be positioning DataCamp as a strategic partner in their learning journey. You are passionate about data literacy and understand the importance of empowering individuals and teams through education. You are also comfortable navigating the challenges of a rapidly evolving market, adapting your strategies to meet changing client needs.

Desirable

Experience in selling educational technology solutions or professional services is a plus. Familiarity with data science and analytics education will help you connect with clients and understand their requirements better. A background in consulting or a related field can also enhance your ability to diagnose organizational skill gaps effectively.

What you'll do

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive, you will play a foundational role in building and scaling DataCamp’s new Professional Services business. You will be responsible for positioning DataCamp as a strategic upskilling partner, selling high-value transformational programs that combine our platform with live instruction and expert-led masterclasses. Your role will involve engaging with senior executives to diagnose their organizational skill gaps and shape learning solutions that meet their needs. You will co-design multi-phase programs that upskill entire teams and functions, ensuring that clients receive tailored learning journeys that drive measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Professional Services and other team members to develop and refine our service offerings, ensuring they align with market demands and client expectations. Your ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions will be key to your success. You will also be responsible for managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

In addition to direct sales activities, you will contribute to the development of marketing strategies and materials that effectively communicate the value of our Professional Services. You will participate in industry events and conferences to promote DataCamp and build relationships with potential clients. Your insights and feedback will help shape the future direction of our services, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the data education market.
