Heetch is seeking a Recruiter to support their hiring efforts and enhance the candidate experience. You'll work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Lead to attract and hire top talent. Fluency in English and French is required.
You are fluent in both English and French, which allows you to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders from various backgrounds. Your organizational skills shine as you plan ahead for both yourself and others, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. You feel comfortable interacting with different stakeholders, including recruiters, hiring managers, and external suppliers, making you a key player in the hiring process. You understand the importance of clear communication and are not afraid to share information freely to keep everyone updated and aligned. Empathy is one of your strengths, and you enjoy providing support to both internal teams and external candidates throughout their journey.
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus, as it will help you navigate the complexities of the hiring process. Familiarity with data-driven insights and reporting will enhance your ability to contribute to the team's goals. You are proactive in tracking employee referrals and distributing rewards, which helps improve the overall recruitment program.
In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Lead to support Heetch's recruiting efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that candidates have a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout the recruitment process. You will assist in crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews, all while maintaining a positive candidate experience. You will leverage data to pull reports that provide insights into hiring practices, helping the team make informed decisions. Additionally, you will track employee referrals and manage the rewards program to encourage participation in the recruitment process.
