What you'll do

At SonderMind, you will practice psychiatry while we manage the business side of things. You will receive guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, including no-shows, and we will handle all billing at no charge to you. You will benefit from streamlined credentialing with major insurers, including exclusive access to Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans. Additionally, you will receive qualified patient referrals through our provider directory and marketing efforts, allowing you to focus on providing excellent clinical care.

You will have the flexibility to choose your practice model, whether that be office-based, telemedicine, or a hybrid approach. You will maintain complete clinical autonomy while we manage patient acquisition, scheduling assistance, and operational support. This role is designed for psychiatrists who want to eliminate overhead costs and administrative burdens while enjoying competitive compensation.
