Qualified is seeking a Senior SMB Account Executive to drive sales and develop account strategies for mid-market organizations. You'll engage with prospects and manage the entire sales cycle, leveraging your solution-oriented approach. This role requires experience in B2B sales and a strong understanding of conversational marketing.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the mid-market segment, where you've successfully developed and executed account strategies to meet revenue targets. Your solution-oriented approach allows you to understand and address the unique business needs of your prospects, making you a trusted partner in their decision-making process. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery to closing deals.

Your experience includes prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business deals, where you've demonstrated your ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. You are a master of discovery, skilled at asking the right questions to uncover customer needs and position your solutions effectively. You understand the importance of collaboration and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You are results-driven and motivated by achieving sales targets, and you possess excellent communication skills that enable you to articulate the value of your offerings clearly. You are adaptable and can pivot your strategies based on market feedback and changing customer needs. You believe in the power of technology to transform businesses and are excited about the potential of conversational marketing to drive growth.

Desirable
