What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will own the AI and Automation portfolio, driving its strategic direction and integration into the PagerDuty Operations Cloud. You will work closely with the SVP of Product Management and other leaders to set the vision for automated operations, ensuring that your team delivers solutions that empower developers to build and ship applications faster. You will lead initiatives to enhance incident detection, triage, diagnosis, and remediation, ultimately reducing operational toil for customers. Your leadership will inspire your team to innovate and push the boundaries of what is possible with AI in operational contexts. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management, ensuring alignment across various departments and facilitating communication between teams. Your role will involve regular engagement with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs, which will inform product development and enhancements.
