FloQast is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team and drive client acquisition for their accounting transformation platform. This role requires strong leadership skills and a background in finance or accounting.
You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally within the technology or finance sectors. Your experience includes leading teams and driving individual sales performance, demonstrating your ability to close deals while supporting your team. You understand the finance and accounting landscape, making you well-equipped to engage with high-level stakeholders such as CFOs and Controllers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving targets and driving growth. Your background may include practical accounting experience or a strong understanding of accounting principles, which enhances your credibility with clients. You are a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to capitalize on them. You are also a strong communicator, able to articulate the value of your company's solutions to potential clients.
