You have a strong background in product design, ideally with experience in quality management and coaching platforms. You understand how to create intuitive workflows that enhance user experience and drive performance in contact centers. Your proficiency in design tools like Figma allows you to translate complex concepts into user-friendly interfaces. You are passionate about leveraging AI to improve customer interactions and have a keen eye for detail that ensures high-quality outputs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking to improve your designs based on user insights and testing.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and refining the user experience of Cresta's Quality Management and Coaching Platform. You will collaborate with AI and ML experts to understand how to best integrate behavioral insights into the design. Your work will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your ideas. You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on your designs. Additionally, you will work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure that your designs are implemented accurately and meet user needs.
