In this role, you will architect the next generation of Airbnb’s internal operating system by designing and building AI-powered solutions that address real Employee Experience (EX) pain points. You will be responsible for translating ambiguous HR and workforce needs into scalable products, stitching together systems and data flows, and rapidly building prototypes that showcase what’s possible. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions you develop are aligned with the overall mission of enhancing employee experience. Your role will involve independently building working prototypes, including agent flows and lightweight apps, that leverage large language models to assist employees effectively. You will also engage in narrative storytelling to communicate the value of your innovations to stakeholders.
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of $180,000—$225,000 USD, along with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
