Your experience includes managing vendor relationships, which is crucial for ensuring project success. You understand standard practices in the design and construction industry, including fast-track design-build processes, which allows you to navigate complex project requirements effectively.
As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You excel in planning requirements, managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your knowledge of the design and construction industry standards will help you develop creative solutions to construction issues, minimizing impacts on project timelines and costs. In this role, you will coordinate the players involved in your projects, keeping them updated on progress and deadlines. You will analyze and evaluate construction issues, developing creative solutions that minimize impacts on project timelines and costs. Your responsibilities will include communicating project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed.

Your role will involve planning and executing project schedules, identifying potential risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate those risks. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
As you work with cross-functional partners, you will foster collaboration and communication, ensuring that all team members are engaged and informed. Your ability to navigate complex project dynamics will be essential in driving project success and achieving desired outcomes.
