Carvana is hiring a Lead Lot Specialist to oversee operations at ADESA Chicago. You'll coordinate various departments to maximize sales volume while ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires strong leadership and operational management skills.

In your role as Lead Lot Specialist, you will report to the Commercial Accounts Manager and be responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating operations across various departments such as Consignment, Factory, Fleet/Lease, and Sales. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure that all operations align with corporate guidelines and maximize sales volume. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the lot, managing staff, and ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies. You will also be tasked with identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. As the company grows, you will play a key role in adapting operations to meet increasing demands and expanding inventory.
