Carvana is seeking an Entry-Level Automotive Technician to perform light maintenance and quality inspections on vehicles. This role requires a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive repair experience and offers competitive wages and benefits.
You have at least 6 months of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work, ensuring that every vehicle meets Carvana's standards. You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet customer expectations. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be considered a plus. You are open to learning and growing your skills through the training programs offered by Carvana, which will help you advance in your career.
As an Entry-Level Post-Production Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing light maintenance and fluid checks on vehicles. You will conduct thorough quality inspections to identify any imperfections or repairs needed throughout the post-production process. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every vehicle meets the high standards of quality that Carvana is known for. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall customer experience by ensuring that vehicles are ready for delivery.
You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in automotive repair, allowing you to progress in your role and increase your pay as you gain experience. You will be expected to collaborate with your team members to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
